GSV Appliance Repair provides repair and installation services in Mississauga, Oakville, and the Greater Toronto Area. In these terms, "we," "us," and "our" mean GSV Appliance Repair, and "you" means the person booking the repair.

We repair household appliances. We install household appliances such as washers, dryers, fridges, stoves, ovens, dishwashers, microwaves and cooktops.

The repair details depend on each appliance and the problem. If you are unsure whether repair is covered, please ask us before we start.

We prepare our quotes based on the information you give us. The final price might change after our technician inspects your appliance and confirms what is needed.

We will always tell you the price and get your approval before we begin any work.

Please make sure someone who is at least 18 years old is home. We need to be able to reach the appliance, and the area around it should be clear.

If we cannot access the appliance at the scheduled time, we may have to charge a call-out or cancellation fee.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know as soon as you can so we can offer the time to someone else.

We may charge a fee for late cancellations or if we cannot access your home.

Payment is due after the repair is complete, unless we have agreed on something different. We will tell you which payment methods we accept when you book.

We use genuine parts and stand behind our work. We will explain any warranty on our repairs or parts when we do the service.

Some warranties may also come from the parts manufacturer. Warranties do not cover misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

Some repairs are not covered, for example if an appliance is unsafe to work on, has damage from misuse or improper installation, or needs parts that are no longer available.

If this happens, we will explain your options.

We do our best to take care of your home and appliances. If we accidentally cause damage during a repair, please tell us within 24 hours.

We are not responsible for problems that were already there, worn parts that break during service, or things beyond our control. Our responsibility for any job is limited to what you paid for that service.

Please give us accurate information about your appliance and the problem. Make sure pets are secured and let us know about anything that could affect safety.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada that apply there.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version.
